About Lisa
With couples, that change happens when you and your partner start to understand your nervous systems, your attachment patterns and the moment-to-moment dynamics that shape how you connect. PACT (the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), developed by Dr. Stan Tatkin, is the lens I bring into the room to help you get there. I’ve trained directly with Stan since 2011.
I’ve done this work since 1995, with individuals and couples, and I bring PACT to it, along with an eye for the stories you tell about yourselves and a practical focus on what actually helps, as well as what I’ve lived myself: a long marriage and kids of my own. What you can expect from me is someone warm and genuinely curious about you, who won’t shy away from the hard moments in the room. What matters most is that you feel met, not managed.
